National Lineman’s Day

In June  of 2014, IBEW 1245, and Pacific Gas and Electric, called to ask if we could supply them with 3,000 copies of SLIM. Tall order! They wished to create a National Lineman’s Day celebrating  July 10, the date on which Henry Miller, founder of the IBEW, lost his life on the job. A custom  printing was done, with their name on the cover, and at the front, a message about Henry Miller. A copy of this special edition was rushed to every lineman in the 1245/PG&E domain, largely Northern California.
